Steve has worked with CPR Group since 2005 and has extensive experience across a broad range of projects.

Steve’s personable nature and engaging communication style enable him to capitalise on the human potential which exists in all not-for-profit organisations. He lives for those ‘light bulb moments’ and gets a genuine kick out of helping volunteers to be happier in their roles. Steve assists committees to run better businesses, enhance financial viability and become off-field champions.

Steve and his team contribute to a vibrant Australian sport and community sector by preparing comprehensive master plans, land management plans and facility strategies, facilitating interactive governance training and stakeholder engagement programs, writing real-world constitutions, advising government, developing strategic plans and helping organisations to obtain grant funding.
