meetingTRAC updates

We’re excited to announce that we’ve been working hard to make some improvements to meetingTRAC, as requested by you, our users. Thank you for your feedback. We’re always looking to make meetingTRAC great for you and your club!

Here’s a quick overview of some of the improvements that are coming soon:

New Team Accounts

In larger organisations, you may want to set up subcommittees, or other teams, and keep track of all of their meetings in meetingTRAC. Team Accounts provide subordinate meetingTRAC accounts for your teams or subcommittees, underneath your main meetingTRAC subscription.

Each Team that you create will be able to access their own meetingTRAC login, with all the functionality of meetingTRAC. They can create their own meetings, agendas and minutes. As the administrator of your primary meetingTRAC account, you will be able to login to see the meetings, agendas and minutes of each of your Team Accounts. However, your Team Account users will only be able to access their own meetings. They won’t have access to the meetings, agendas and minutes in your primary account, or those of any other Team Accounts.

Team Accounts are available for purchase by Standard Account subscribers.

Template Improvements

We have given you more customisation in your templates. You can now add and edit the text for standard motions in your templates to save you even more time!

New Subscription Packages

We have introduced new subscription packages to give you more flexibility - Grassroots, Standard and Professional.

With a Grassroots subscription, you can keep track of unlimited meeting agendas and minutes and have up to 10 members, in an unlimited number of groups. A Grassroots subscription, with 5GB of included storage space, is best for smaller clubs and organisations with basic meeting needs.

The Standard meetingTRAC subscription is the most popular level. A Standard subscription gives you access to unlimited members, more storage and the ability to purchase individual Team Accounts within your subscription. Standard meetingTRAC subscriptions are best for medium-sized and larger clubs, associations and organisations that are growing, or that are becoming more sophisticated in their governance and meeting procedures. 

Team Accounts are available for purchase in a Standard subscription.

And a Professional meetingTRAC subscription unlocks even more storage and includes enough Team Accounts for large associations and organisations with lots of subcommittees or project teams. 

All current users will be upgraded to a Standard Account subscription for no additional cost for the remainder of your subscription. When your subscription has expired you will be able to choose a new subscription type. Please note that Standard Account subscriptions have a storage limitation to 10GB. 

After you have chosen your new desired subscription, it will be auto-renewed annually. 

We can’t wait for you to experience the improved meetingTRAC! Just know that all your previous data will still be as it was and there’s no need to download any updates, it’s all done for you.
